- Deliver individual, group instruction and training covering a range of technical, operational, and/or management areas for sellers.
- Collaborate with Seller Education Lead in planning training outlines and determining instructional methods that will help Shopee sellers improve their overall performance.
- Conduct refreshers and demonstration-based trainings for all types of sellers: Organic, Official Shops,
- Managed Sellers and Official Brands as needed.
- Ensure effective implementation of training by evaluating training outcome/results through Seller Performance.
- Perform other similar and related duties as required or directed.
- Finished a Bachelor’s degree of any course.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Training and Development, Quality and Coaching or Customer Service management.
- Able to communicate (verbal / written) in English and Chinese.
- Must be proficient in MS Office Applications (Word and Excel).
- Has keen attention to details.
- Able to conduct data analysis.
- Has the passion to help others especially the sellers in order for them to provide the best customer experience.
