The Buyer Education Analyst will support initiatives and activities of Shopee’s Buyer Education Team. He/ she will work
alongside the Buyer Education Lead in identifying aspects for improvement and support project executions to ensure
optimized user engagement from company’s product and services.

The Buyer Education Analyst is responsible for managing and keeping our Help Center & FAQ articles relevant and up-to-
date. Collating, planning, generating and monitoring operational outbound communications.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the BE Lead on requirements supporting these assignments (but not limited to):
    • Help Center Management
      • Familiarity of Help Center content
      • Proficiency with the required tools
      • Maintain Help Center articles up-to-date with the current processes
      • Ensure Help Center metrics are well within or above satisfactory standards
      • Analyze reports and strategize action plan
      • Construct and revamp necessary Help Center content
      • Cooperative discussion with functional departments to resolve on-going tasks
      • Monitor duration of tasks and ensure due dates are met
      • Proper documentation of established updates and changes
    • User Communications Management
      • Adequate knowledge of requested scenario which requires outbound communication
      • Compose relevant and favorable draft messaging depending on the agreed communication tool (PN, SMS, AR, Email, CRM)
      • Cooperative discussion with functional departments to resolve on-going tasks
      • Monitor progress and ensure due release of associated request
      • Perform tasks assign by immediate supervisor
  • Support the BE Lead in discussing the objectives and impact of activities to stakeholders
  • Perform other similar and related duties as required or directed

 

Qualifications:

  •  Bachelor’s degree holder
  • Challenge self in a diverse and dynamic work environment with frequent cross- department initiatives
  • Maintain a level of understanding for all changes and updates across different function within Shopee.
  • Design infographics and related materials to further improve user experience
  • Demonstrates proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Supports visual literacy standards and has video & photo editing skills
  • Synthesizing ability on technical information and apply to customer's solution
  • Savviness in iOS or Android as well as internet and other online mediums
  • Adapts in a fast-paced customer facing environment
  • Understands and has passion for E-commerce, order management, shopping, and/or alternative fulfillment
  • Synthesizing ability on technical information and apply to creation of optimal programs
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexible in schedule
