Job Description:
- Do quality check for product translation. Make sure the product description are all great and easy to understand.
- Manage and have good communication with Chinese Sellers in either English or Chinese (written and spoken)
- Handle customer inquiries from buyers
- Manage and resolve customer relation issues and escalations
- Other ad hoc projects may be given due to business needs
- Be the voice of customers to provide feedback to the company

Requirements:

- Good at Chinese (4 skills)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a willingness to learn
- Experience in customer service will be specially considered
- Disciplined, easy to communicate and well organized
- Knowledge in Excel will be a plus
