Job Description

  • Focus on identifying and implementing solutions to address inefficiencies or issues of sellers
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis on current operations and suggest process improvements
  • Ensure effective implementation of operational policies and guidelines (e.g. logistics policy, dispute policy, etc.)
  • Communicate well and maintain good relationship with stakeholders to assure high performance of sellers
  • Work on ad-hoc projects and assignments with the most efficient execution
  • Lead fieldworks (i.e. shop visits, training) to gather insights for recommendations


  • Preferably with consulting and/or strategy background
  • Has relevant experience with Relationship Management, Operations, Project Management and/or Sales
  • Ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and with enthusiasm (verbal and written communication skills) in English and Filipino
  • Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills
  • Passionate about problem solving and process improvement
  • Has intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Good team player and capable leader, with positive attitude and eager to learn
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, or relevant course, from a reputable university
