Job Description:

  • Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy, targets and performance metrics
  • Lead, manage and oversee the:
    • Development of social media content and schedule, e.g. posts, videos, competitions etc., with the objectives of driving brand awareness, online reputation, engagement and conversions
    • Execution of our social media content across the different channels, including but not exclusive to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, and TikTok
    • Promote content through social advertising
    • Tracking of the success of our social media campaigns, including the use of our tools and systems
    • Generation of insights and propose improvements
  • Manage, and develop the social media, content, and production team, including hiring when the need arises, daily tasks and responsibilities, and performance management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Marketing and beyond, e.g. Campaigns, Business Development, Operations, Product Development etc
  • Collaborate with industry professionals, celebrities, and influencers, to drive the team’s and company’s objectives
  • Stay abreast with the latest social media best practices and technologies, be it from internal or external avenues
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable local or overseas university
  • 3 years of experience working with social media
  • Experience in leading a team
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, and other social media best practices
  • Good understanding of social media KPIs
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
