Responsible for the accountable sellers' performance
Regarding portfolio setting: Help design strategy for the high-importance sellers on their shop's portfolio, which categories x brands x products to push for
Regarding order growth support: Help design strategy for shop and product management, including pricing, promotion, etc.
Important to be able to design and build the Seller Management process, with proactive attitude, as this is rather a new team being set up
Requirements:
B.A. or B.S. degree from Korea or reputable universities
Ability to drive seller management activities with ownership, with "start-up" spirit
Proactive and strong-minded to be able to push and drive the sellers, and influence their decision-making
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and facilitate multi-lateral communications
Work well with cross functional teams in a high-pressured environment
