Helping Chinese brands to explore cross border business and deliver allocated target
Provide trainings to new sellers, facilitate their on-boarding in Shopee platform
Responsible for the continued growth and management of existing big sellers
Nominate sellers to join platform’s campaign to drive business
Monitoring and tracking seller’s shops on utilizing the best practices, such as listings/descriptions optimization, functions or features utilization in the platform
Act as a consultant to big sellers providing shop-specific advice and recommendations, such as focused category, product choice, price tier, promotion ,operational and service enhancement that improve the overall value of selling on Shopee
Collaborate with internal team including marketing, product, customer service, and operation teams to help sellers on growing business and safeguard business & seller performance
Requirement:
Academic background from a reputable University, smart and fast learning
Passionate in ecommerce especially cross border business, dedicated and hard working
Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
Ability to multitask and prioritize various tasks simultaneously
Excellent, solutions-focused interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent trouble shooting and problem solving skills, good team-work skills
Strong logical thinking and analytical skills
Takes initiative and follows-through on commitments to achieve results
Well-developed sense of urgency and follow-through
