Define customer needs and products specifications with local marketing teams to propose and initiate new features
Draft designs and establish project timelines for product development
Collaborate with product, local marketing, business development and operations teams to develop and execute product features, ensure smooth delivery of projects
Communicate the value of new products to local teams, and create product content to educate both internal and external stakeholders about product features and benefits
Conduct market research and brainstorm creative ideas for untapped opportunities
Track and analyze the performance of existing features, evaluate new initiatives; to optimize and achieve commercial objectives and performance insights across the region
Responsible for the end-to-end implementation of product marketing projects to drive user acquisition, engagement and/or retention
Requirements:
Good degree from recognized university
2+ years of working experience
Exceptional communication and writing skills
Have a strong affinity for critical thinking, hands-on execution, problem-solving, and ability to handle multiple tasks
Good team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
Well-organized and detail-oriented
Strong work ethics, performance-driven, and eager to learn
Has passion in e-commerce industry
Past experience in digital marketing, product marketing, and/or product management will be a bonus
