Job Description:
  • Define customer needs and products specifications with local marketing teams to propose and initiate new features
  • Draft designs and establish project timelines for product development
  • Collaborate with product, local marketing, business development and operations teams to develop and execute product features, ensure smooth delivery of projects
  • Communicate the value of new products to local teams, and create product content to educate both internal and external stakeholders about product features and benefits
  • Conduct market research and brainstorm creative ideas for untapped opportunities
  • Track and analyze the performance of existing features, evaluate new initiatives; to optimize and achieve commercial objectives and performance insights across the region
  • Responsible for the end-to-end implementation of product marketing projects to drive user acquisition, engagement and/or retention
  • Good degree from recognized university
  • 2+ years of working experience
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills
  • Have a strong affinity for critical thinking, hands-on execution, problem-solving, and ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Good team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong work ethics, performance-driven, and eager to learn
  • Has passion in e-commerce industry
  • Past experience in digital marketing, product marketing, and/or product management will be a bonus
