Job Description :

  • Develop and maintain a close relationship with with Power Sellers (ie: Brands under assigned Category) that sign up via our Vendor Acquisition Team or via organic sign up
  • Educate Shopee sellers on methods to optimize their Shopee store to increase their traction in Shopee
  • Identify Shopee Seller’s needs and position the Shopee platform to solve issues faced by Sellers.
  • Grow order rates and SKU composition of Shopee Sellers’ account to sustainable levels
  • Select and curate SKUs for various campaigns, promotions, online marketing, and media as required
  • Analyse the performance of campagins, Shocking Sales etc to ensure achievement of income targets
  • Report and track progress on seller activity, results and category initiatives
  • Accurately document and record Shopee Seller Perks and Promotions for the Shopee content team to initiate
  • Identify potential synergy points with other departments

Requirements :

  • Possess a recognized degree in any field, coupled with at least 3 to 5 years of working experience. Experience in e-commerce industry would be added advantage
  • Strong analytical skills (strong experience with Excel analysis necessary)
  • Innovative problem-solving skills ; able to dissect and identify problems and implement solutions accordingly
  • Team player with an aptitude for work and the drive to constantly outperform your KPIs
  • Excellent command of English, other ability to converse fluently in their language will be an added advantage
