Job Description:
- Able to design and manage initiatives that will result in highly engaged Sellers through the seller communication channels
- Draw up project plans and communicate effectively across multiple internal and external stakeholders to align on scope, timelines and expectations of engagement initiatives
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to keep up-to-date with Shopee’s features, policies and latest developments
- Analyze and report weekly key seller issues to Management for continuous improvement of communications and seller user experience
- Perform Market Research and studies where relevant and required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ Marketing/ related field
- 2-3 years’ experience in consulting/ change management/ community development is preferable
- Creativity in developing programs and methods for engaging an audience is required and see this process end-to-end
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent editing and writing communications in English plus Malay and/or Chinese
- Good team player, eager to learn and able to work with tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
