Job Description:

  •     Handles all campaign project : existing monthly campaign & seasonal campaign, also the upcoming campaigns for the next year in order to develop C2C seller (Small Medium Enterprise or UMKM) in marketplace to achieve their KPI during campaign
  •     Applying best-practice in campaign types and mechanism to maximize campaign results
  •     Run the campaign projects, analyze and calculate campaign strategies and implement them for the campaigns.
  •     Make sure all the campaigns run smoothly and maximizing the campaign results with clearly defined KPIs and timelines
  •     Evaluate all campaigns and always improve for the upcoming ones based on the execution from the previous campaigns.

Job Qualification:

  • Masters or Bachelor degree in quantitative fields or a relevant field of study
  • Prefered experience : Managing Consultant, Business Consultant, Campaign Management, Campaign Project, Project Manager, or related positions for 3-4 years
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders on various divisions
  • Ability on project management, and market sizing
  • Understanding in e-commerce business and market
  • Ability to make inferences from data and devise appropriate course of actions
  • Strong communication skills
