Job Description:

  • On-site interview coordination for hiring managers, including venue booking, administering on-site and online assessments
  • ¬†Applicant Tracking System PIC and prepare regular recruitment reports
  • Managing job postings on various job portals
  • Helping in recruitment related events, to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Other tasks assigned related to recruitment and human resource

Requirements:

  • Good bachelor/diploma degree in any major
  • Good English communication skill
  • Detailed oriented
  • Good problem solving skill
  • Excel skill is required
