Job Description:

  • Support New Hire Onboarding and offboarding program
  • Support and assist to source for employee welfare and benefits 
  • Facilitate reporting for HRSS initiatives
  • Maintain new hire merchandise inventory, assist to source for new merchandise and process invoices 
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes to maximize efficiencies 
  • Provide support to HR shared services team by acting as a back-up to other roles and responsibilities required
  • Support organisation-wide events

Requirement:

  • Highly adaptable and able to multitask in a dynamic and fast paced environment
  • At least 2 or more years with Human Resources experience is preferred 
  • Organised, meticulous, with strong analytical and critical thinking skills 
  • Self-driven and able to work independently and in team 
  • Basic knowledge of using Google Suite
