  • Coordinate and plan training programs with L&D teams in local offices
  • Support the execution of planned learning strategies and solutions
  • Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them
  • Keep up with the training trends, developments and best practices
  • Support the training initiatives, communicate requirements and timelines to stakeholders, and facilitate the smooth delivery of training programs
  • Administrate and coordinate existing development programs
  • Liaise with external training vendors
  • Support the development of curriculum and training frameworks
  • Where needed, deliver in-house training programs such as onboarding, 101 programs, etc                                          

Requirements

  • Good university degree
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin
  • 2-4 years of experience in adult education, L&D, training and coaching
  • Positive and energetic outlook, able to motivate others
  • Independent, meticulous and with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment                                         
  • Independent and able to multitask and work within timelines
  • Experience guiding and managing a team
  • Passion for training and education
