Job Description                                                                                                                                

  • Delivering soft skills training (Motivation, Giving Feedback, Coaching, Self-Development, Self-Confidence, Leadership, etc)
  • Liaising with relevant stakeholders to schedule training programs for all staff
  • Working closely with Managers to identify areas of improvement and trainings required
  • Developing and implementing training content and materials
  • Being creative in training approach with an emphasis on activity based learning
  • Improving training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques
  • Guiding and developing junior Trainers in the team
  • Being an ambassador for continuous Learning and Development


  • Minimum Degree holder with at least 5 years of experience in Adult Education, Learning and Development, Training and Coaching
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as stakeholder management
  • Facilitation and presentation impact with ability to capture attention and influence audiences
  • Positive and energetic outlook, able to motivate others
  • Experienced in guiding and supervising other team members
  • Clear passion for training and people development
