Job Description

  • Drive GMV growth of China brands on a regional level on Shopee, including mobile phones, home appliances, and other strategic brands
  • Build and strengthen relationships with both regional & local e-commerce team of key China brands
  • Identify the key challenges and gaps between Shopee local and brand local, and actively solve the problems 
  • Develop brand strategy in marketing, pricing, products and execute through joint business planning, campaigns, and/or new product launches
  • Engage with C-level / senior management both internally and externally to conduct high standard performance reporting and drive key initiatives
  • Conduct deep-dive data analysis to guide brands' direction and propose new initiatives on the Shopee platform
  • Act as a project manager to set up guidelines & process and conduct category analysis for cross-border brands

Requirements

  • 1~5 (junior role) / 5-10 (senior role) years of work experience in account / relationship management, has passion in the ecommerce industry
  • Prior experience in management consulting and banking is a plus
  • Strong communication skills, presentation skills and project management skills
  • Strong structured and analytical problem solving skills
  • Understanding of SEA and China working culture
  • Existing regional working experience across SEA is a plus
  • Occasional travel across SEA and China may be required
  • Mandarin speaking skills, and prior working experience with China companies is a plus
