Job Description:
- Support Korean sellers regarding payment, product listing, back-end system use, by liaising with the respective local functional teams and by communicating with sellers directly (Q&A)
- Lead identifying and internally-escalating issues related to the infringement of license (e.g., fraud products, misuse of images) on behalf of Korean brands and products
- Cooperate with Business Development and Seller Management teams to support logistical issues 

Requirements:
- B.A. or B.S. degree from Korea or overseas
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and facilitate multi-lateral communications
- Work well with cross functional teams in a high-pressured environment
- Positive, team-player, and energetic attitude
