Job Description:

  • Work closely with Team Lead to conceptualise lifestyle outreach strategies, refine best practices, identify trends & key media opportunities;
  • Manage full spectrum of Lifestyle PR projects and initiatives, including campaign/project brief ideation, creation and execution;
  • Responsible for the planning, coordination and effective execution of media buys, media events, and media drops;
  • Develop and maintain positive relations with key media/ influencers + keeping the Master Influencer and Media List up-to-date;
  • Supervise all general administrative and clerical duties such as weekly PR reporting, weekly marketing dashboard, CI reporting, budget, media coverage reporting, monthly influencer engagement reporting etc;
  • Assist in the development and dissemination of corporate content such as press releases, media inquiries, holding statements, media pitches, event invites, presentation decks, etc;

Requirements:

  • Comprehensive understanding of Shopee’s core values, communications objectives and a keen interest in PR strategy;
  • Well-versed and up-to-date with the latest lifestyle news, trends, and influencer landscape;
  • The ability to collaborate seamlessly with multiple key stakeholders and thrive in a dynamic environment;
  • Proactiveness in following up with relevant stakeholders, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously;
  • An indefatigable desire to value add, fuelled by impeccable written and verbal communication skills plus meticulous reporting abilities;
  • A sharp wit, iron grit, and a fair bit of empathy, with 1-3 years PR experience (agency experience preferred);
