This role allows you to implement new ideas and provides the opportunity to work with teams of marketeers, engineers, data scientists, operations, and various relevant teams to shape Shopee’s features.

Job Descriptions: 

  • Take ownership of a cluster of features (e.g games, livestream), with end-to-end accountability of setting and achieving of all the topline plans, goals, KPIs and targets
  • Solve strategic business challenges by developing marketing and commercial strategies aimed not only at driving user acquisition, retention as well as revenue for your features, but also at how effective they are at impacting Shopee at large
  • Lead initiatives such as developing and launching new features, as well as striking partnerships with other teams / external partners
  • Analytical success: responsible for the qualitative & quantitative analysis of your features as well as the regular performance reporting & action plans for upper management
  • Generate user insights and apply customer segmentation to plan, create, and execute creative and effective campaigns
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, business, finance, marketing or other related fields
  • 3-8 years of working experience in fast-paced industry, Management Consulting, Tech or Livestream companies
  • Experience in project management and data analysis
  • Good inference skills to manage stakeholders
  • Outstanding analytical skills and comfortable with analysing complex, large scale data sets
  • Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-driven and a team player
