Job Description:
- Work closely across all Shopee countries to understand and take charge in the design of the business processes
- Design, test and improve Salesforce CRM design and structure
- Configuring basic Salesforce workflows and/or reports for both regional and country
- Coordinate and roll out custom build functionality
- Conduct training and devise learning materials to ensure uptake across countries
- Document, manage and prioritize user requests for system changes
- Provide analytical support on key business projects across the region
- Conduct end to end project analysis of each successful country implementation
- Deep dive and acquire an extensive knowledge of emerging industry practices and apply when solving business problems
- Pickup and solve the operational issues that reported by the user.
- Monitor status of data integration with Salesforce as part of the daily SOP
Requirements:
- Previous experience in configuring and implementing Salesforce
- Experience in developing workflows, validation rules, reports and dashboards
- Able to identify business needs and integrate business strategies into Salesforce
- Able to conduct training to the key-user and end-user
- Proven client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in data migration and data loader
- Preferred Skills
- Previous experience in configuring and implementing Salesforce
- Salesforce data modelling experience
- Experience in data integration with Salesforce by using various ETL tools such as Mulesoft and Dataloader.io.
