Job Description

  • Project-based role focusing on driving major ecommerce marketing campaigns
  • Be part of the team that shapes our Shopee branding and campaigns through robust past campaign analysis, cross function analysis on campaign efficiency
  • Drive high-impact projects, in a fast-paced environment in big scale nation-wide campaigns, and major online and offline marketing efforts
  • Work on ad-hoc ecommerce marketing projects and assignments with the most efficient execution
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns for branding and market growth
  • Identify and work closely with 3rd party agencies to support the plan if needed
  • Develop, negotiate and manage marketing channel partners (e.g., Telco, etc)
  • Review and analyse all key marketing metrics on a daily basis
  • Report business progress with quantitative data regularly


  • More than 5 years of work experience either in management consulting, Internet or ecommerce marketing, retail or FMCG Marketing, or has passion in the ecommerce marketing.
  • Strong business judgment and acute marketing sense with a successful track record
  • Work experience as a management consultant from top tier consulting firms is welcome
  • Previous experience in managing a team is a plus
  • Good degree from recognized university
  • Driven and motivated
  • Excellent communication capability in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Strong leadership skills; strong analytical & logical reasoning skills
  • Good team player and capable leader, positive attitude and eager to learn
