The Vendor Performance Management Lead will lead the team in ensuring that all relevant business partners are onboarded in the most effective and efficient way possible, as well as maximizing performance and engagement while on the Shopee platform. The Lead will take responsibility for strategically planning, coordinating, developing, integrating and improving the various learning and engagement programs offered at Shopee

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop measures to assess the business impact of learning programs
  • Incorporate industry best practices and techniques from a training and learning standpoint
  • Recruit, retain, and develop instructional designers, editors, and graphic designers capable of
  • delivering high quality services
  • Manage end to end creation of training including design/development of content, assisting with business partner reviews, evaluation, and measurement
  • Develop instructor-led, e-learning video, blended, and other content. Ensure instructional design principles and industry standards and specifications are adhered to in all phases of design
  • Assist in employee engagement and other activities
  • Ensuring all business partners are aware of, and motivated to perform in the best way to deliver the best results at Shopee
  • Perform other similar and related duties as required or directed

 

OCCASIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct data gathering (FGD, TNA) when necessary
  • Able to cooperate, communicate and manage conflict situations whenever necessary
  • Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices from the market and expands training knowledge through seminars

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong project management capabilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools like PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Operationally focused with proven ability to deliver timely, consistent results
  • History of working successfully with all levels of staff, from front-line through senior executive
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • People-person, detail-oriented and highly self-motivated
  • Ability to work as a team member and independently
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle and prioritize multiple, competing tasks and demands and to seek supervisory assistance as appropriate.
