Job Description
 
• Execute all training programs assigned, in a high quality standard
• Deliver training courses interactively and improving training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques
• Assess training effectiveness to ensure participants understand and materials given are applicable and useful
• Responsible for executions details such as making sure training venues, materials, registrations are in place
• Produce physical and digital educational material (e.g. videos and case studies)
• Translate needs into training that will groom sellers for their business transformation to the next level
 
 
Requirements
 
• A Bachelor Degree from a renowned university
• At least 1-2 years of experience in L&D, training and coaching
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Extroverted personality with ability to capture participants' attention, influence and convince them of certain changes needed
• Positive and energetic outlook, able to motivate others
• Experience in guiding and supervising other team members
• Passion for training and education
