Job Description:

  • Shopee International Platform (SIP) is a new business initiative, it is to migrate local Shops to all 7 Shopee markets; SIP is very important to Shopee with great potential
  • Candidates need to
    • Collaborate with local and regional teams to resolve problems and standardize processes
    • Build and manage teams to run migrated shops from end to end
    • Monitor KPIs and identify key improvement levers
    • Develop presentations and reporting for senior leadership

Requirements: 

  • Good degree from recognized university
  • At least 2 years’ project management experience, consulting background is preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fast learner, comfortable with fast-pace environment
  • Able to drive progress independently
  • Result-oriented with strong problem-solving capability
