Job Description:

  • Collaborate with local and regional teams to resolve issues and standardise processes
  • Monitor operational KPIs and identify key improvement levers
  • Work with cross-functional teams to make offline adjustments and ensure accurate and timely payout
  • Monitor and drive improvements for SIP return refund
  • Drive process improvement and conduct impactful analysis

Requirements: 

  • 1 year work experience with recognized degree in engineering, operations or business preferred 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Good communications skills and team player
  • Self-driven and able to work in ambiguous environment
  • Basic command of both English and Mandarin Chinese language is a must to liaise with Chinese counterparts
