Job Description:

  • Own end-to-end payment process for all SIP businesses
  • Work with cross-functional teams to make offline adjustments and ensure accurate and timely payout
  • Monitor and drive improvements for SIP return refund
  • Drive process improvement for all payment/return refund related activities


  • 1 year work experience with recognized degree in engineering, operations or business preferred 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Good communications skills and team player
  • Self-driven and able to work in ambiguous environment
  • Basic command of both English and Mandarin Chinese language is a must
