Job Description:
- Own end-to-end payment process for all SIP businesses
- Work with cross-functional teams to make offline adjustments and ensure accurate and timely payout
- Monitor and drive improvements for SIP return refund
- Drive process improvement for all payment/return refund related activities
Requirements:
- 1 year work experience with recognized degree in engineering, operations or business preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Good communications skills and team player
- Self-driven and able to work in ambiguous environment
- Basic command of both English and Mandarin Chinese language is a must
