Job Description:
- Design and conduct external trainings to engage and educate our seller base on business on Shopee
- Prepare educational material such as module summaries, presentation, videos etc
- Work closely with team in assessing training needs and developing long term training plans for the community
- Monitor training progress and implement new initiatives to constantly improve seller experiences both on training and Shopee platform.
- Manage administrative tasks to ensure smooth execution, follow-up and consistency of learning initiatives
- Take ownership of initiatives, communicate requirements and timelines to stakeholders, and ensure high quality training
- Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices from the market and apply to the organization
- Challenge yourself in a diverse and dynamic work environment with frequent cross- department initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Degree in any field
- Proven experience as product coach/ trainer
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to travel
- Independent and able to multitask, work within timelines
- Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate teaching
- Highly meticulous and detail-oriented, take great pride in your work
- Positive and energetic outlook, able to motivate others
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for training and education
- Proficient in MS Office (esp. Powerpoint); e-learning software is an asset
- Certification (e.g. CPLP) is a plus
