Job description

  • Sales acquisition
    • Responsible for consolidating and shortlisting a list of brands/retailers to acquire
    • Review product assortment and offerings to ensure that it is in line with Japan Crossborder market's strategy
  • Relationship management

    • Manage each account relationship by setting targets

    • Execute sales and marketing strategies to drive transaction numbers and revenue

    • Work closely with 3rd party partners to ensure all execution is completed successfully

  • Partnerships

    • Secure exclusive partner partnerships for key campaigns such as 9.9/11.11

    • Secure new exclusive product launches, sponsorship and exciting mechanics each month/quarter for PR pushes

  • Reporting

    • Plan the B2C/C2C landscape for Japan Crossborder by analyzing category sales performance

    • Work closely with the respective stakeholders to achieve overall market targets

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of working experiences is preferred, ideally in the eCommerce space
  • Must be fluent in business professional Japanese to communicate with Japanese clients, Mandarin is a plus for communication with China counterparts
  • Strong written and oral communications skills
  • Strong analytical skill

  • Positive, team-player, and energetic attitude
