- Sales acquisition
- Responsible for consolidating and shortlisting a list of brands/retailers to acquire
- Review product assortment and offerings to ensure that it is in line with Japan Crossborder market's strategy

Relationship management

Manage each account relationship by setting targets

Execute sales and marketing strategies to drive transaction numbers and revenue

Work closely with 3rd party partners to ensure all execution is completed successfully

Partnerships

Secure exclusive partner partnerships for key campaigns such as 9.9/11.11

Secure new exclusive product launches, sponsorship and exciting mechanics each month/quarter for PR pushes

Reporting

Plan the B2C/C2C landscape for Japan Crossborder by analyzing category sales performance

Work closely with the respective stakeholders to achieve overall market targets

Requirements:
- 3+ years of working experiences is preferred, ideally in the eCommerce space
- Must be fluent in business professional Japanese to communicate with Japanese clients, Mandarin is a plus for communication with China counterparts
- Strong written and oral communications skills
- Strong analytical skill
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Positive, team-player, and energetic attitude
- May require relocation to Japan
