Responsibility:

  • Perform daily monitoring of payment channel (Credit card, Bank Transfer, Online Payment, Bill Payment)
  • Manage the shift and ensure the daily payment operation.
  • Helping support an effective control environment within payment team.
  • Perform escalation when needed to relevant teams include regional team.
  • Undertaking investigation for payment issues, monitoring risk and payment issue and take appropriate steps to mitigate
  • Process ad-hoc requests and deal with all requests promptly, ensuring daily deadlines are met and targets are achieved.
  • Act as second tier from CS team to solve any payment issue.

 

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in any related field
  • 1-2 years working experience. Experience in payment will be a plus.
  • Must be able to communicate in English both written and speaking.
  • High Problem solving skill and being proactive
  • Strong communication skills + Get it done attitude
  • Hard working, stress tolerance and able to work under pressure environment
  • Good analytical skills
