Job Description:

  • Manage the seller nomination process, including selections, pricing, qty, etc
  • Set KPI and provide the actionable insights to optimize the first leg transportation service level across all markets, including but not limited sea freight, truck freight
  • Measure seller performance and drive buying experiences
  • Co-work with BI team, product team to improve the systems feature for both seller and buyer experiences
  • Take single thread lead to coordinate with seller management team, local operational team and regional functions to drive efficiency of end to end buyer and seller satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities to optimize processes for high efficiency and cost reduction, etc


  • A Bachelor’s Degree or above in Statistics, Business, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain or a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics) discipline
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Keen interest in e-commerce, attention to detail and interests in numbers
  • Strong communication skills, clear thinker. Strong problem solving skills with details oriented driven
  • Ability to work independently. Multitask ability with clear priority identification
  • Prior experience in e-commerce
  • Familiarity in database and SQL, which is a strong plus
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • A dynamic, results driven personality, high level of enthusiasm and commitment
