- Responsible for the administrative work in the Warehouse such as payment for warehouse operations, working with the warehouse area management, etc.
- Purchases and manages some assets in the warehouse including stationery, equipment used in the warehouse, shuttle services and schedules, etc.
- Welcoming and guiding new employees into the Warehouse.
- Other HR and Admin jobs within the Shopee area (upon request of HR Manager).
- Should have at least three (3) years of experience as Office Admin/Human Resources, especially in factory environment, warehouse.
- Ideally with experience working in a start up company.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
- Ability to communicate well.
- Keen into details, meticulous, reliable, know how to solve problems.
- Ability to work as a team as well as independent in a fast and dynamic environment.
- Should be willing to be based in our Cavite Warehouse.
