Job Description:

  • Responsible for the administrative work in the Warehouse such as payment for warehouse operations, working with the warehouse area management, etc.
  • Purchases and manages some assets in the warehouse including stationery, equipment used in the warehouse, shuttle services and schedules, etc.
  • Welcoming and guiding new employees into the Warehouse.
  • Other HR and Admin jobs within the Shopee area (upon request of HR Manager).

 

Requirements:

  • Should have at least three (3) years of experience as Office Admin/Human Resources, especially in factory environment, warehouse.
  • Ideally with experience working in a start up company. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
  • Ability to communicate well.
  • Keen into details, meticulous, reliable, know how to solve problems.
  • Ability to work as a team as well as independent in a fast and dynamic environment.
  • Should be willing to be based in our Cavite Warehouse.
