Job Description:

  • Build, maintain, and communicate detailed reporting & models
  • Provide queries and data outputs for campaign sizing, segmentation, reports and dashboards
  • Leverage your analytical skillset to run complex ad-hoc analyses and present it to the leadership
  • Provide actionable insights to build scalable automations and launch A/B tests in close collaboration with the CRM Team
  • Closely liaise with Data engineering team in establishing data pipelines to meet campaign requirement
  • Proactively identify new areas of improvement to refine projects on an on-going basis, and improve existing processes


  •  2+ years of experience in marketing analytics in a leading agency or tech/e-commerce businesses
  • Strong understanding of churn modelling, ideally in app & web businesses
  • SQL & Excel capabilities; experience with SAS/R/Python and basic Machine Learning is a plus
  • Experience working with eCommerce CRM is a plus
