Lifecycle Specialist:
Description:
- Develop CRM lifecycle strategy to drive platform usage, engagement, retention, cross-sell and advocacy based on the analytical framework
- Own customer communications across all lifestages and design complex automated lifecycle campaigns and transactional campaigns tailored to the segments meeting the business requirements
- Utilise a deep understanding of ecommerce consumer behavior to build customer engagement journeys using relevant channels
- Influence the development of analytical frameworks and models
- Work closely with the regional marketing teams and country business teams to execute the CRM strategy
- Develop an experimentation strategy with the country teams to test and roll out campaigns on a regional scale
- Own the CRM metrics and business goals of all campaigns and lifestages
Qualification:
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in the eCommerce industry
- Project management skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Familiarity with CRM tech platforms is advantageous
