Lifecycle Specialist:

Description:

  • Develop CRM lifecycle strategy to drive platform usage, engagement, retention, cross-sell and advocacy based on the analytical framework
  • Own customer communications across all lifestages and design complex automated lifecycle campaigns and transactional campaigns tailored to the segments meeting the business requirements
  • Utilise a deep understanding of ecommerce consumer behavior to build customer engagement journeys using relevant channels
  • Influence the development of analytical frameworks and models
  • Work closely with the regional marketing teams and country business teams to execute the CRM strategy
  • Develop an experimentation strategy with the country teams to test and roll out campaigns on a regional scale
  • Own the CRM metrics and business goals of all campaigns and lifestages

Qualification:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience in the eCommerce industry
  • Project management skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tech platforms is advantageous
