Job Description:
  • Develop, implement and maintain best practices and policies for the Cross Border sellers in areas of fulfillment and listings
  • Collaborate with other local and regional teams to manage operational performance of sellers and to drive improvement initiatives
  • Identify key pain points, conduct root cause analysis, develop well-rounded solutions and manage the roll-out of these initiatives/solutions
  • Optimize existing processes to drive greater working efficiency within and between various cross functional teams
  • Track operational metrics at a regional level and adopt data-driven approaches to identify opportunities for improvement

 

Requirements:

  • Good degree from recognized university
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese counterparts
  • Minimum 3 years working experience, consulting experiences will be advantageous
  • Strong problem solving and data analysis skills
  • Project management experience with ability to independently drive projects and engage with stakeholders across different countries
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and develop structured ways of working in a fast paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Well-versed in Excel, exposure to SQL and Python is preferred
  • Interest to build capabilities in strategy and operations in the E-commerce industry
