HR Admin (Procurement)
 
Job Description:
  • Analyze procurement planning
  • vendor selection & Vendor perfomance evaluation
  • Maintain good relationship with existing vendors and sourcing new vendor
  • Prepare purchase order and payment request
  • Making monthly report

Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree from reputable university
  • At least 6 month of experience in similar position
  • Fully comfortable working in English, both written and spoken 
  • Good attitude, attention to detail, team player and also comfortable to work individually
  • Able to work under pressure & detail oriented
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
