Job Responsibilities 

  • Collect primary and secondary data and analyze for notable trends and opportunities to improve customer satisfaction
  • Perform deep analysis of customer complaints to extract actionable insight
  • Map out user journey and UI flows, highlighting potential pain points and solutions
  • Prepare reports and presentations to synthesize findings, generate insights and answer business objectives
  • Design standard operating procedures for CS or other Operations functions in order to improve user experience
  • Monitor and analyze the behavior of Shopee customers
  • Understanding customer needs and be the voice of customers
  • Collect data to analysis and improve customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Fluent in Thai and English
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Customer Experience or similar function
  • Bachelor or higher in BBA or Engineering field with good score
  • Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Enjoy to interacting with people and sensed in customer experience
  • Able to work in multitask and excellent in situation handling
  • Strong initiatives and creativity
  • Knowledge and interested in Information Technology or eCommerce
