Tasks:

  • Investigate anomalies in our transaction and logged data throughout customer journey
  • Detect fraudulent activities on e-commerce transactions, based on detailed data and learned patterns
  • Respond to customer inquiries on fraud measures taken
  • Point out potential weakness in products, systems, processes, etc
  • Identify new types of fraudulent activity and pattern. Recommend feasible preventive/corrective measure

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor degree from well-known university
  • Has an ability to perform analytical functions on spreadsheet and knowledge in statistical formula
  • Highly skeptical and has good logical thinking
  • Exposure to strong customer oriented environment, must be quality service oriented
