- Monitor operation KPIs of sellers currently selling on Shopee, across various categories (e.g. cancellation rate, late shipment rate, etc.)
- Conduct analysis on root causes and identify operation problem of struggling sellers.
- Consult with sellers on operation improvement, including education, process optimization and system synchronisation, via multiple channels (calls, casual communication apps, direct face to face visit, etc.)
- Design an operation improvement plan for sellers belonging in categories in charge (can be Electronics, Fashion, FMCG, etc.)
- Execute such plan and reporting to team lead regarding improvement observed or bottlenecks faced during execution
- Brainstorming with team leader to solve operation related issue and improve Shopee
- Assisting team leader in other tasks assigned
- Preferred background in business administration/ supply chains
- Have knowledge/ experience in e-commerce industry is a plus
- Have a good sense of process understanding and workflow optimization
- Good at communication, negotiation and problem solving.
- Work independently and proactively take on new responsibilities where most needed.
- Good at data analysis skills and Microsoft Excel is a big plus
