Job Description:

  • Monitor operation KPIs of sellers currently selling on Shopee, across various categories (e.g. cancellation rate, late shipment rate, etc.)
  • Conduct analysis on root causes and identify operation problem of struggling sellers.
  • Consult with sellers on operation improvement, including education, process optimization and system synchronisation, via multiple channels (calls, casual communication apps, direct face to face visit, etc.)
  • Design an operation improvement plan for sellers belonging in categories in charge (can be Electronics, Fashion, FMCG, etc.)
  • Execute such plan and reporting to team lead regarding improvement observed or bottlenecks faced during execution
  • Brainstorming with team leader to solve operation related issue and improve Shopee
  • Assisting team leader in other tasks assigned


  • Preferred background in business administration/ supply chains
  • Have knowledge/ experience in e-commerce industry is a plus
  • Have a good sense of process understanding and workflow optimization
  • Good at communication, negotiation and problem solving.
  • Work independently and proactively take on new responsibilities where most needed.
  • Good at data analysis skills and Microsoft Excel is a big plus
  • Desire to learn and desire to understand how the world works
