Job Description

  • Develop, execute, and manage strategic plans to grow Shopee's offline communities
  • Constantly source, network, and expand the coverage of Shopee's offline communities
  • Conduct roadshow, training, events and other related activities to support Shopee's offline communities
  • Initiate partnership with communities
  • Generate needful content depending on the needs of the communities
  • Perform tracking and analysis to continually advancing the communities
  • Project coordination with team members and related departments
  • Support the marketing team and other related departments during peak season to ensure business is running smoothly

Job Qualifications

  • Has 2-4 years proven experience in handling communities in fast-paced environment
  • Driven and motivated
  • Logical thinking and strong problem solving skills
  • Great interpersonal skills and ability to speak in public
  • Experience from e-commerce company is preferred
  • Reliable and good team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment
