Job description:

  • Lead special projects, where you will get an opportunity to define the problem, come up with hypothesis, engage with stakeholders to shape the solution and ultimately implement the changes
  • Be actively involved in shaping finance agenda for the region by working closely with senior management to forecast growth and budget
  • Prepare management reports for decision-makers and draw out actionable insights from financial data to influence strategy and performance
  • Lead system and process implementation across local countries, alongside Business Development, HR, Operations, Finance and Marketing
  • Drive Finance related ad-hoc analysis for both internal and external use



  • Preferably 0-2 years working experience
  • A degree in Finance, Business or Accountancy
  • Strong knowledge of accounting and financial principles
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Solid written and verbal communication - Ability to liaise with people at all levels
  • Organized, demonstrate skills in prioritization & ability to multi-task
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word
