The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for increasing ShipStation’s revenue by qualifying prospective users and driving increased ShipStation trial signups.
Successful candidates will be comfortable making a high volume of phone calls to interested merchants, and can concisely show the benefits of ShipStation. They will become product experts, and will be enthusiastic about interacting with entrepreneurs and their growing businesses on a daily basis. They’ll be passionate about delighting and retaining customers.
Engage with prospective users to accelerate their adoption of the ShipStation solution and communicate the value for their business.
Handle all inbound phone calls on the Pre-Sales phone line and Pre-Sales Zendesk tickets in a timely fashion.
Qualify inbound leads and drive/convert leads to trial signup.

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
One or more (1+) years as an Inside Sales Representative or in a User facing role.
At least One (1) year of SaaS software or equivalent sales experience strongly preferred.

Qualify inbound leads and drive leads to trial signup.
