Role:

The Channel Account Executive manages day to day tactical engagements with carrier sales referrals, resulting in the acquisition of our most profitable merchants.

Responsibilities:

  • Educate new carrier representatives about our platforms and drive them to work with us on a month-over-month basis 
  • Provide demonstrations with representatives and educate them on the benefits of our team and resources 
  • Communicate daily/weekly with Carrier Sales Teams 
  • Collaborate with the Carrier Sales Teams to onboard new users 
  • Qualify new leads and prospects to determine the best shipping solution in the Auctane portfolio 
  • Sign up customers into a trial account and sell them on the features, advantages, and benefits of moving to our solution 
  • Drive adoption by ensuring the user has a carrier account set up and understands the benefits of the referred carrier services 
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly shipping adoption targets 
  • Drive Auctane merchant signups 
  • Meet ARR goals 
  • Manage sales pipeline via SFDC and MGMT

Required Education and/or Experience:                  

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience. 
  • One plus (1+) years' of sales experience selling SaaS.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Sales acumen
  • Excellent communication and conversational skills
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills 

Computer/Software/Application Proficiency:              

  • Knowledge of Salesforce and MS Office

Travel Requirements: 

  • Approximately 5% travel, may increase over time
