Role:
The Manger, Sales Operations is responsible for managing our Sales Operations staff in a fast paced, demanding environment. Responsible for driving performance, developing and driving efficiency projects, producing quality work and ensuring all Operations responsibilities are delivered on time. This position reports to the Senior Director, Sales.
Responsibilities:
Work with Salesforce Admins on CRM (salesforce) enhancements through design, documentation and business requirement development
Work collaboratively with the global sales team to drive enhancements to system infrastructure within the tech stack
Work closely with Sales, Services and Business Operations leadership to operationalize the sales process and strategic initiatives through technology enablement
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure Sales data integrity and compliance with Business Operations.
Project manage strategic initiatives for the Sales team
Deliver regional performance insights to enable sales leadership to make faster, informed strategic business decisions
Automate manual sales department tasks.
Manage Sales Training Program.
Update current training program and own all sales training needs.
Create training curriculum and supporting materials.
Facilitate team training sessions.
Perform other duties as requested.
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree is preferred
Three (3) years’ Sales and account management experience
Skills and Knowledge:
Extensive first-hand experience with Salesforce and other sales acceleration platforms and demonstrated ability to improve Sales productivity
Strong Sales acumen
Strong analytical skills and experience with BI tools
Self-starter and displays ownership of initiatives
Enjoys collaborating with others and winning as a team
Ability to problem solve
Proven experience as a strong sales representative is a plus
Computer/Software/Application Proficiency:
Working knowledge of Salesforce
Proficiency in Excel
