ShipMonk is currently seeking a Sr. People and Culture Business Partner to join our Corporate team in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Our Sr P&C Partner supports our corporate ShipMonkers in the US and partners with our senior leaders to drive strategic initiatives.

What you'll do:

Provide guidance to senior leaders through handling disciplinary actions and managing employee performance.
Address employee relations matters and resolve complex employee relations issues by conducting effective, thorough and objective investigations.
Partner with senior leaders to drive performance and talent management through coaching, performance management, succession planning and employee engagement.
Support the implementation of Human Resources policies, programs, practices, and processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive key business results through effective HR strategies.

What you'll need:

3-5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or 5 years of progressive HR experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field. SHRM certification is a plus.
Proven experience providing coaching to Senior leaders and driving strategic initiatives.
Experience working in a fast paced, high-growth environment.
Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
