The Opportunity: 

We are looking for a highly motivated Warehouse Lead to join our growing operations team in York, Pennsylvania! As a Lead you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth startup and operation in our brand new facility!

 

In this role you will…

  • Work with Operations Supervisors to ensure deliverables are being achieved
  • Work collaboratively with all team leads to support inventory counts, product moves and management and maintaining accurate supply and equipment levels 
  • Communicates openly and in a timely fashion regarding any issues involving inventory, staff or facilities
  • Provide ongoing training and development if all warehouse associates
  • Finding creative solutions for day-to-day operational challenges
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment ensuring policies and procedures are followed
  • May be assigned additional tasks and responsibilities as needed by the supervisor or management to support the overall goals and operations of the warehouse.

What You’ll Bring to the Team (Required Skills):

  • 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse environment
  • Ability to learn new technologies and custom proprietary softwares quickly  
  • The desire and capacity to motivate coach and manage a growing team
  • An ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast paced changing environment
  • Detail Oriented, Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills
  • Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
  • Understanding of OSHA and regulatory compliance is a plus 
  • High school diploma or equivalent (College degree preferred)
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Must be 18 years or older, with a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without restrictions 
  • Able to stand and walk continuously during the entire length of the shift (8+ hours)
