Key Performance Indicators & Sales Targets
Generate incremental sales & new guest acquisition through personal and business network
Grow Shinola guest base through a focus on CRM & community engagement and providing elevated guest experiences
Participate in trainings which provide product knowledge, brand history and tool utilization, allowing ambassador to represent the brand positively at all times.
Customer Relationship Management
Utilize Salesforce to establish meaningful relationships by creating guest profiles & capturing detailed information.
Key Soft Skills
This role will be utilizing the software’s listed below, exposure to some is a plus but not mandatory for this role.
