Responsibilities
Review installation requirements with merchants.
Setup and testing of all POS hardware and software, including peripheral equipment.
Familiarize merchants, sales reps, and field technicians with our software package’s capabilities.
Demonstrate use of a system and make software adjustments as necessary.
Work closely with our Deployment, Technical Support, and Customer Service departments to ensure the customer is provided the best possible experience.
Perform software version upgrades during installation when needed.
Perform database migrations during installation when needed.
Perform ownership changes across all software suites.
Assist merchants in configuring and testing all accessories that we offer.
Work with our onsite technicians during support visits to resolve merchant issues.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
Required Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Knowledge of customer service core principles and practices.
2+ years of computer technology experience preferred, (Working or Educational).
Experience working with POS equipment, registers, and touch screen devices is beneficial.
