About the role/Position Overview:

We are a small but mighty and growing marketing team looking for someone with a natural marketing mindset (consumer-oriented, left and right brain thinker), who is also an excellent communicator and strategist to own critical pieces of our brand campaigns to help us deliver our aggressive growth goals. This could include media and campaign planning and execution, monthly promotions, email marketing, organic social, building out brand assets & threading the brand through the consumer journey to create breakthrough, ownable customer experiences and drive rapid awareness growth, and more! In this role, you will gain support from our leadership team and lead cross-functional partners, as well as build and maintain external agency relationships.

What we ask for/Qualifications, Skills, & Experience:

  • 8+ years experience in brand-consumer marketing (CPG), e-commerce or agency experience
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Proven track record of client-side media planning and activating effective multi-channel brand campaigns across TV, OOH, Digital, Radio, Direct Mail and Social
  • Client-side management of creative campaign development from briefing through to production 
  • You love to solve puzzles and have the ability to manage ambiguous, complex projects and meet deadlines in a startup, fast-paced environment that is rapidly changing and growing, ability to connect the dots and recommend a course of action vs needing to take direction from others  
  • Willingness to develop or optimize process and systems where there are gaps 
  • A clear and organized communicator who enjoys managing up and across different teams
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt as needs/asks may evolve

Nice-to-Haves (Not Required)

  • Consumer E-commerce or technology marketing experience
  • Experience in both big and small companies
  • Experience working directly with Product teams

Working Conditions:

  • Plan, execute, and manage cross-channel media campaigns to increase brand awareness and new customers, working closely with external agencies

  • Ensure an in-depth understanding of the consumer, category, competition, and data insights and translate them into compelling messaging and brand assets that drive consumer behavior

  • Build robust measurement plans that demonstrate campaign effectiveness and drive optimizations for brand success

  • Build promotion programs that please our savvy customers by understanding how promotions work within our category and marrying that with e-commerce capabilities that delight our customers with an easy and seamless experience

  • Interface and collaborate comfortably with leadership and cross-functional partners to strategize and gain support on all marketing initiatives

  • Provide briefs, strategic direction, marketing input, and influence creative outcomes with external creative agencies

  • Oversee and manage budget allocations for specific programs
