MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
Day shift 7am to 3pm Tuesday thru Saturday
Hourly Starting Pay Rate $43-45/hour (OT paid over 40 hrs per week)

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the effective execution of all maintenance and assigned projects within the plant. They are responsible to the Maintenance Manager for the efficient and effective use of all manpower and other resources under their supervision. In order to fulfill these responsibilities in the most effective manner, the Maintenance Supervisor is charged with developing the group of plant mechanics into a well trained, committed and spirited “maintenance team.” |
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Directs and monitors the activities of employees engaged in maintenance operations and procedures
· Computes estimates and actual costs of factors such as materials, labor, or outside contractors for emergency and urgent work.
Supervises, leads, and develops team members · Determines schedules, sequences, and assignments for work activities, based on work priority, quantity of equipment, and skill of personnel · Provides employee safety training to prevent, detect, and correct unsafe conditions or violations of procedures and safety rules · Conducts or arranges for worker training in safety, repair, or maintenance techniques, operational procedures, or equipment use · Monitors employees' work levels and review work performance to drive engagement and change initiatives

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities; Education; and/or Work Experience Requirements: Education and Work Experience · High school or equivalent degree required; a two-year technical or bachelor’s degree is preferred · 10+ years of demonstrated experience in maintenance supervision / Maintenance team lead
