Your Impact
As a Training & Qualifications Supervisor, you'll be at the forefront of our Zero loss journey, leading efforts to support all pillars and setting the training strategy to meet business requirements.
• Build and Lead Teams: Develop pillar teams and enhance team member capabilities based on step-up cards.
• Strategic Planning: Set the pillar strategy, including Master, 90 Day, and Weekly Plans.
• Drive Implementation: Oversee the rollout of key systems - skills, training & certification, and administration - at the Plant level and provide support across the network.
• Performance Analysis: Manage and analyze reporting data to assess performance against KPIs.
What You'll Bring
• Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university (preferred).
• 3 - 5 years of practical, cross-functional experience in the following areas:
- Basic understanding of Total Productive Maintenance Methodology.
- Knowledge of adult learning theory and experience in designing training programs.
- Proven ability to facilitate training for both small and large groups.
- Quick learner with the ability to drive results and manage change.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and related applications.
