Responsible for design and development of electrical system for our electric vehicle’s powertrain. Specifically, the detailed job duties include:
Design and develop power converters, traction inverter and electrical system for powertrain.
Collaborate with mechanical, layout, and firmware engineering teams to successfully develop, test, validate and manufacture inverter and DC/DC converter system.
Conduct the selection of circuit topology and components; the layout of the circuit boards layout.
Perform the development, prototyping, testing and validation of inverter and DC/DC converter products.
Contribute to vehicle level integrations including high voltage electrical interfaces.
Take part in the requirement development for powertrain component and system.
Perform test plan development, issue resolution, and lab and in-vehicle testing of electrical system for powertrain.
Requirements: Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related plus 1 year experience or related.
