Be responsible for defining, developing, and validating test cases for various electronic control units
Be responsible for maintaining both manual and automated testing using test frameworks (such as pytest or Robot)
Be responsible for troubleshooting failures, performing cause analysis and providing reports
Be responsible for test requirements, planning, documenting and management
Be responsible for performing unit and system level tests with vehicle level integration
Be responsible for continuous integration (such as Jenkins)
Building a robust test and validation infrastructure
Co-ordinating with cross-functional teams for improving overall test coverage
Reviewing and validating available test plans
Performing validation on releases and hotfixes
Being actively involved with the team and provide assistance when needed
BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
Up to 20% domestic and international travel may be expected for this position.
Experience with C, C++, Python, Version Control and GUI development
Strong communication skills
Familiarity with vehicle networks (Ethernet, CAN, LIN), protocols (UDS), and safety standard protocols
Ability to effectively work with teams spread across different offices
Self-motivated, team-player, and multi-tasker
Familiarity with software development life-cycle, bug tracking systems, and code coverage and static analysis tools
